The trouble with Drew’s Shetland tours are that it turns you into a Shetland Isles

addict. You cannot forget the wonders that Drew shows you, that you know no other

tourists get to see and you have to return. The obvious love of the Isles and local

knowledge make Drew’s tours absolutely brilliant and if you have an area of special

interest to you, Drew will cater for it. Shetland is great, but Drew’s knowledge and

expertise makes it phenomenal.

Went out with Drew today for our driving tour North Shetland. We listened to Drew

tell wonderful folklore stories, tell us all about the amazing history of the island and

stopped at beautiful, scenic locations. We had my 92 year old aunt with us and Drew

was very accommodating. We even stopped for a proper fish and chip lunch. Thank

you Drew for such a memorable experience. You truly live in a unique place in the

world and I am so glad you shared it with us!

Drew is an excellent guide, equipped as he is with a profundity of knowledge of the

Shetland Islands that being a Shetlander of crofting and farming stock and a very

active participant in a wide range of Shetland community affairs endows. 

I met Drew in July 2023 and spent two very happy days being taken to places in

Shetland that no larger-scale tour operator would have been able to access. Drew's

knowledge not only embraces local affairs and the geography of the isles, he is well-

versed in history (and pre-history) and also discusses the fascinating geology of this

unique archipelago. I was also privileged to meet his wife and also to be invited into

the home of friends of Drew's on Yell and we met plenty of other friends and

acquaintances of his along with way.

I feel so lucky to have experienced Shetland in Drew's company and have absolutely
